Pop-up inspired by the Mexican food of my Californian childhood.
We collaborate with restaurants and bars all over the city of Buenos Aires. Each event presents a unique menu that melds the ethos of MASA with the food of the chosen restaurant. Our menus highlight vegetable forward dishes, seasonal produce, agroecological and organic ingredients, local artisans and fresh takes on California Mexican classics.
